At CSR HELLAS, between 2015 and 2017, we cooperated with the E-Learning department of the Centre of Continuous Education of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, attempting to develop together and offer an Educational Program of Distance Learning on the topic of corporate social responsibility and the incorporation of responsibility in the everyday practice of business activities.
The program lasted 3 months. The classes were available on an online educational platform while at the same time there was daily educational support in accordance with the Principles of Adult Learning.

For us at CSR HELLAS, the goal of the program was the provision of knowledge and information to every Greek business, regardless of size or sector, so as to enable them to understand the meaning of responsible entrepreneurship and its implementation in practice
The program gave participating entrepreneurs or executives the opportunity to:

How the efficiency and innovation of a company can be combined with its compliance with the European and international framework of responsible entrepreneurship

Their business’ stakeholders, and understand how a dialogue and collaboration can be developed with those who are the most important for the business

Inform themselves
About the tools that a business can use today in order to support its responsible and sustainable strategy as well as about the ways they can organize their internal organization in this framework

The benefits of involving employees as well as partners, customers, suppliers and others, in the entire process, through practical examples and a detailed explanation of roles

The value of the business’ contribution towards society and local communities.
