Our specialized knowledge and expertise on the subject matter, as well as the network’s perennial experience and independent role, deems us appropriate to act as the specialized partner of our corporate members for the organization and coordination of consultation processes with stakeholders, in close cooperation with the interested corporate member.
The principal aim of this cooperation is the provision of meaningful feedback and useful comments and ideas regarding the CSR and Responsible Entrepreneurship strategy of our corporate members.
This process involves, amongst other things:
- Identification of stakeholders
- Actions of communication, preparation and coordination
- Organization of a daylong workshop
- Write-up of a report that includes proposals for improvement
