Today, the company is 100% owned by Colbert Participations S.A. based in Luxembourg, a country that is a point of reference for the international financial industry and which also owns the French fund management company, Stratege Finance, based in Paris.

In the area of Corporate Finance, Eurocorp lnvestment Services has a notable historical record of privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, from various sectors of the economy both locally and internationally. The Company has acted as a consultant to companies of international prestige and scope such as Gaz de France, Tractebel, Aegean Air (for Olympic Airways), CIub Med, Alcan lnc, lmprimerie Nationale, Mytilineos Holdings, Veolia Environment, to CMA CGM in the acquisition of Th.P.O. and more recently in 2022 the company was advisor to Allianz on the valuation of European Reliance Company Insurance CO as well as the Dutch Reggeborgh on the valuation of REDS. In addition as Management Consultants, we help organizations identify and solve complex business, organizational and operational problems and define and re engineer processes to improve business performance.

Brokerage Services

In Stock Exchange services, Eurocorp Investment Services is one of the oldest and most valid companies of the Athens Stock Exchange. In addition, it provides access to all international stock, bond and derivatives markets.

Wealth Management

In the context of Wealth Management, the company offers a wide range of financial products and services to individuals, family offices and businesses. Through its specialized and experienced Executives, the investment services of cv Lefko Management (Discretionary Asset Management) and the Provision of Investment Advisory (lnvestment Advisory) are offered, always based on the investment needs and the degree of freedom they wish to grant.

The company has an integrated partnership platform with a multitude of options and competitive pricing for each investment category. Wealth Management services ensure access to a wide range of investment products, both in the Greek and international markets, providing solutions for short-term investments, FX products, bonds and shares. It offers mutual funds and/or ETF’s from nine distinguished fund management houses (BNP Paribas IP, Blackrock, Pimco, Schroders, M&G Investments, Pictet, JP Morgan Asset Management, NN Investment Partners, lnvesco Asset Management, Franklin Templeton).

Portfolio Management Services was introduced for investors looking for active and professional fund management while freeing them from the pressure of making regular investment decisions and dealing with their portfolio on a daily basis. At Eurocorp Investment Services there is an authorized team that actively manages portfolios, applying qualitative and quantitative criteria for selecting investment placements. Portfolios are designed and adjusted according to market developments, always reflecting the investor’s investment profile and contractual specifications.

The advisory service (WAM) provides direct access to the views of the Investment Team and their specialist knowledge of specific asset classes. the Advisory periodicals are specialized information and investment strategy tools aimed exclusively at clients of the advisory service according to the clients’ profiles. The publications cover lists of recommended Bonds, Mutual Funds, Shares, the morning and weekly market reviews as well as periodical reports on Investment Strategy and recommended portfolios. Specialized investment managers study developments in international capital markets and advise specific investment strategies taking advantage of an open architecture plan, using specialized tools aimed at optimizing the risk/return ratio.

International Partnerships

Eurocorp lnvestment Services offers its wealth management services to an expanded network of cooperating foreign banks, so that its clients can choose the custodians of their preference. Today, partnerships include 4 foreign banks BNP Securities Services, BGL-Luxembourg, CA Indosuez Suisse, UBS and 2 Greek banks
