Geo Routes Institute (est. 2013), nonprofit & nongovernmental organization, specializes in the development of cultural heritage journeys & events of cultural, environmental and educational context in Greece and beyond. Held under the auspices of the HNC UNESCO (2012), it has been acclaimed a best practice on “Culture-Tourism-Development” from the 37th General Assembly of UNESCO, Paris 2013. Geo Routes Institute is the owner & organizer of the pivotal conferences, the AgriBusiness Forum and the Balkans & Black Sea Forum.
The AgriBusiness Forum (ABF) is committed to advance knowledge for the digitization & digital transformation of the agrifood value chain and pivotal platform at boosting innovation towards viable, sustainable, and resilient food systems in the world. It spans across top-tier events & activities, including conferences and agrifood traction tours in Greece & beyond, while focuses on sustainable production-processing-consumption of added value food products, climate-environment, food safety-security, precision farming, financial services, blue-green economy, energy-carbon farming, and eco-schemes. It maintains cooperation with a number of national & international organizations: FAO, EPLO, UNWomen, Israel Space Agency, EC, WWF, CSR Hellas, the Athens and Israel-Greece Chambers of Commerce, Embassies, Universities and more.
The Balkans & Black Sea Forum (BBSF) is a pivotal hub for leading business- & policy-makers committed to enhancing stability, growth & cooperation across Europe & Asia. Distinguished state- and other actors engage and interact to review challenges, assess implications, identify opportunities, and for promoting security, and bi/multilateral cooperation. It focuses on Connectivity-Infrastructure, EU-Eurasia trade relations, Energy supply-security, Innovation-Technologies, Investments, Geo-politics/economics, Gender-social inclusion, Climate-Environment and regional development. Among its partners feature UN, EC, OECD, BSEC, Danube Commission, ITF, UIC, EPLO, IRU, CSR Hellas, ACCI and more. Furthermore, its Ambassadors’ Committee, a special consultative body of acting foreign Ambassadors, elaborating to the agenda of each international edition.
