Corporate Social Responsibility

UNI-PHARMA Sees the Future Through Sustainability

For UNI-PHARMA, the continuous effort to uphold social, ecological, and cultural protection is an integral part of its activities. These activities always comply with legislation, business ethics, and fundamental human rights.

At the same time, UNI-PHARMA implements environmental regulations, promotes corporate integrity, contributes to reducing social inequalities, and fosters a corporate culture that respects future generations and believes in a better world.

Access to Healthcare Solutions is a Fundamental Right

UNI-PHARMA cannot remain passive. The company fully endorses the right of every individual to healthcare. In this context:

  • It collaborates with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and takes initiatives to ensure that, in times of natural disasters, economic hardship, and social unrest, people will not be deprived of medicines and healthcare but will have access to essential pharmaceutical and medical supplies.

  • It reaches an ever-growing audience through multiple actions, covering the broadest possible range of interests. The goal is to contribute to the prevention of common diseases and infections while raising awareness about proper healthcare practices.

  • It is committed to doing everything possible to make its medicines accessible to as many patients as possible, regardless of their financial situation.

Standing by Those in Need

The goal is to support individuals who, with dignity, strive for a better quality of life and equal rights.

In the face of the challenging conditions the world is experiencing, UNI-PHARMA actively contributes to addressing issues that hinder the work of Social Solidarity Organizations and Structures, while committing to stand by them for as long as necessary.

Specifically, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and its partners in Athens and across Greece participate in Acts of Kindness, embodying the human-centered philosophy of UNI-PHARMA.

Protecting Tomorrow, Today

At UNI-PHARMA, actions are focused on two key pillars:

  • Environmental Management, which includes all corporate-level initiatives aimed at continuously improving the ecological performance of its industrial facilities.
  • Environmental Protection, which represents the collective individual actions of all employees to safeguard environmental wealth and manage natural resources responsibly.

As an industrial company with active production operations that meet high technical standards, UNI-PHARMA takes on the responsibility of exceeding regulatory guidelines in key areas such as:

  • Wastewater and waste management
  • Recycling of packaging materials and office supplies
  • Reducing pollutant emissions from company vehicles and production facilities
  • Eliminating all organic solvents from production processes
  • Energy efficiency and responsible energy use
  • Bioclimatic orientation of its facilities

By integrating sustainability into every aspect of its operations, UNI-PHARMA remains committed to protecting both people and the planet.
