“Partnership and Action for Sustainable Enterprises”

The Hellenic Pact for Sustainable Industry (P4SI-EL) is a roadmap towards a sustainable business model for the three-year period of 2023-2025, addressed to all Greek companies, regardless of size and industry, so that they can manage all issues related to their strategy and operation as well as their supply chains and distribution networks (customers), in a responsible and sustainable way.

The adoption of a more sustainable business model, by businesses operating in Greece, is a prerequisite for their competitiveness and business survival and cannot be delayed any longer.

The pioneers of CSR HELLAS‘ innovative initiative are its member companies, who, through their participation, will have the opportunity to contribute decisively to the strengthening of sustainability integration in Greek businesses, at both corporate and sectoral level.

We recognise the P4SI-EL as a bold ambition through which we seek to:

• help both sectors, which may not have started the adaptation process, and SMEs, by providing the knowledge, good practices and experiences of more mature businesses in an organised and targeted way.
• transfer the European initiative Pact 4 Sustainable Industry developed by CSR Europe to the Greek reality, which, with the support of the European Commission, led to the establishment of the European Sectoral Sustainability Barometer
• promote sectoral and cross-sectoral business partnerships, but also strengthen cooperation between the more mature large companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through local clusters, on the one hand, and with companies in their supply chain or distribution networks (customers) on the other.
• create the backbone that will bring together businesses and industry actors on the path of transition to a new sustainable and responsible business model, in line with the principles and objectives of the EU’s Sustainability Strategy in the context of its initiatives to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda, the Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Deal, including the conditions for ensuring a just transition.
